I've been using my neti pot in an attempt to stave off cedar fever and further viral nastiness.  All good - except just now I used it, and I don't know if a bit of the salt didn't dissolve or what, but one half of the inside of my head is on fire.  OW OW OW OW!

(It's not that I mind being told what happened, it's that I mind that that happened to you. Now that I know, I can say, "poor nose & sinuses!")
