I've been going to the gym a lot. I've spent a lot of time on treadmills, and ellipticals, and arc trainers, and other such types of devices perfected by the 15th-century Catholic Church. This has resulted in sore boobs. Lane Bryant's sports bras just are not up to the task. So I ordered one of these. This, my friends, is the Sherman tank of sports bras. Nothing will move once you wrestle your way into this thing. It's awesome. Sexy? No.
Girlish? Hah.
Easy to put on? No.
Will the boobs stay put during a 9.0 on the Richter scale? Definitely.

I highly recommend it, should your cup size have more than one letter. If you are boobalicious.

I just got my first one in the mail yesterday, and have been getting to know it. The first ten minutes were frightening, but it has been great since then.

I bought two online, because of glowing reviews. In my case, the bra constricted my ribs painfully and didn't do a damn thing to contain the actual breasts.

I found a bra called "maia" at REI that does well for me.

Also, Title Nine carries a lot of larger sizes and rates their support system in terms of barbells...the more barbells, the higher the support level.

Anyhoo....me me me, bla bla bla. I'm glad YOU found something that works and that you're getting to the gym :)

The Maia has been recommended by a few people, but Moving Comfort stops one size below what I need. Unfortunately, so does Title Nine. :/

It's not bad, mostly because there really isn't an underside. The boobage is pushed up and in enough that the bottom of the cups comes nowhere near touching me. Er, that's not clear. There's no droop - not even the possibility of droop. It's an engineering miracle. It's a wicking fabric, but still heavy.

Last night I did an hour on the elliptical, and half an hour on the bike, and while it was soaked (as was everything that touched me), it didn't feel cold and heavy like cotton.

I never managed to get one of those bras to work for me. I ended up going with the sturdy bra with tightish cotton sports bra over it.

It still would be a bad idea to do jumping jacks with this ensemble. I hope yours will help you manage that!

So far, so good! It's too bad there aren't readily available custom bra services. It's so damn hard to find ones that work, and then they discontinue them by the time the ones you own wear out. Grr.
