Darling self, you are a fat, 33 year old woman.  Should you decide on one of your gym visits that doing nearly two hours of cardio work at 75%-90% of your maximum heart rate (and then doing weight training) is a good plan, you will wake up the next morning convinced that the aches and pains upon getting up to pee are another Republican plot.  Keep it up, and your left plantar fascia is going to call in the hired thugs.

And you're going to do it all over again tonight, aren't you?  Dumbass.

It's all Halliburton's fault.  I need a latte.

Yeah, working out will make you lose, pretty quickly too if you are cutting back on processed food.

I try not to obsess either, I've talked to my therapist about it and gotten some good advice.

I feel like I'm in pretty good shape now, so the weight loss part is where I'm focusing.

Eventually I'd like to be in good enough shape to start running, but it's something I have to work pretty slowly towards.

I did that actually. I started running when I was around 200. I ran as far as I could(not far) then I walked till I could run again. Eventually I could run pretty far. I was impressed. I haven't been running much, but now I have a bike to lose my breath on. ;)
