Donno! Ideally, I want to be at the gate when it opens... doing so will mean avoiding the worst of Austin Friday traffic and give enough daylight to get the camp set up. Thinkin, shoot for 3pm departure (which means an actual departure of 4pm :P ).

If we are taking both cars (likely) then we could probably bring you and your gear if you wanna ride? We're probably bringing one other person as well.

Gym tonight? I will be in your neighborhood around 11pm so I could pick you up if you're game.

Yes gym, please! The tummy ache went away, it was stress-induced.

John's going, but not heading out until he gets out of work at 7, and I'd like to be out there by then. I'll see if he and I can arrange it so I'm bringing minimal stuff with me if I catch a ride with you - which would be awesome. I can chip in for gas, of course.

Undecided! It will have to be hashed out between folks that want to camp together. I've had one suggestion/request for the lower field which is just fine with me.

there is a possibility that we can stagger the rides -- that is, assuming i am the one setting up camp, i could head out early in one car and jen could head out later in the second car.

That sounds awesome! I could be off work at 4:30 or 5 but that puts you right in rush hour. Also, I would need a ride home to get my tent and air mattress.
